My initial consultation offers a thorough review of your history, current symptoms and recent blood work. I provide a complete assessment along with personalised recommendations to support you on the path to optimised health. If you do not have bloodwork, we speak through the tests you need.
The follow-up consult is a chance to review your progress, discuss updated blood work, and assess any changes needed. This session ensures you stay on track and provides an opportunity to address any questions that arise between consultations.
My email (or text message) only review is a comprehensive written response to your questions or blood work provided in 3-5 business days. This package is particularly well-suited to non-English speakers, or those looking to have their questions answered efficiently via text.
Ongoing weekly strength and conditioning coaching that I design based on your fitness and physique goals, including weekly check-ins, progress photos, measurements and a program delivered through my mobile app. Generalised (non-dietician specific) nutrition optimisation is included.
